Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Purchases
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on credit packs or subscriptions.
2. Failed generations
Credits are returned to your balance automatically if a generation fails.
3. Billing errors
If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving credits, email shootpxlabs@gmail.com with your account email and payment ID and we will correct it.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals.
5. Free signup credits
Free signup credits have no cash value.
